Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Nationwide Delivery Coverage & Timelines
So-Sure Quantum Wellness Concepts delivers genuine wellness devices, quantum flasks, posture belts, and therapy equipment to all 36 States of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja).
Estimated Delivery: Within 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation. Same-day pickup is also available at our Ipaja and Oju-Ore branches.
Estimated Delivery: 2 to 5 business days depending on location. Dispatched via reputable insured couriers (GIG Logistics, DHL, or interstate commercial park transit with tracking).
2. Delivery Fees & Tracking
Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery destination and package weight:
- Lagos Central & Mainland: ₦2,500 – ₦3,500
- Lagos Outskirts & Ogun State: ₦3,500 – ₦5,000
- South-West States (Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti): ₦4,000 – ₦6,000
- Abuja & Other Nationwide States: ₦5,000 – ₦8,000
Once your package is dispatched, our dispatch desk will send your tracking waybill or driver telephone number directly to your WhatsApp or SMS.
3. Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our quantum wellness devices. If you experience an issue with your received package, the following conditions apply:
7-Day Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
If an electronic wellness device (such as the Quantum Resonance Bio-Electric Machine or Far-Infrared device) arrives defective or stops functioning under normal recommended use within 7 days of receipt, we will inspect and replace the unit promptly.
Hygiene & Wearable Items (Knee Sleeves, Waist Belts, Socks)
For customer hygiene and health standards, wearable personal devices (quantum underwear, socks, tourmaline knee sleeves, waist belts) cannot be returned once worn or if the security seal is broken, unless there is a verifiable factory stitching or sizing manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Where an approved refund applies (e.g., out-of-stock product paid via Paystack or verified return), refunds are processed to your original payment method or nominated Nigerian bank account within 3 to 5 business days following return inspection at our Lagos Head Office.
